When installed according to the manufacturer's instructions, your Safewater Softener, in conjunction with the Whole House Water Filter is guaranteed to provide "soft water" throughout the whole house, stop new scale from forming, and remove all hard scale from water-using equipment and plumbing for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

All parts and labor of the unit are guaranteed for five (5) full years from purchase date. SafeWater Softeners, at its option, shall repair, modify, or exchange the returned unit with a new unit at no cost to the purchaser.

OBTAINING SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EASY!
In order to obtain repair or replacement of unit under this guarantee, simply contact SafeWater Softeners via email (ra@no-salt.com) for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Then return the unit, insured for $680.00, freight prepaid, together with evidence that your purchase date was within the guarantee period as outlined above. We will then promptly repair, modify or exchange the unit and return it to you.
